Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead financial analysis to support decision-making processes across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency.

- The Ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of experience as a CFO, managing co finance in excess of 50MM in revenue.
- This position will report directly to CEO and President , must be a team player.
