Director of Financial Strategy and Compliance

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in corporate accounting and finance, who can lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead financial analysis to support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational goals.
• The Ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of experience as a CFO, managing co finance in excess of 50MM in revenue.
• This position will report directly to CEO and President , must be a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $142,197.00 per year

Expected hours: 49 – 60 per week
