Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Soccer Coach, located in the New York City Metropolitan

Area. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions,

providing individualized feedback, and fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Daily tasks include coordinating with players, staff, and families, and participating in various

club activities and training programs to develop players' skills and character.

Compensation

Head Coach: Starting at $30/hour, with the potential to earn up to $50/hour based on experience, performance, and program type (e.g., camps, clinics, private sessions).

Assistant Coach: Starting at $20/hour, with a clear pathway to promotion into a Head Coach role through training, mentorship, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience playing organized soccer or coaching youth soccer.
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with players, staff, and families.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities.
• Passion for developing young athletes and fostering a sense of community.
• Ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Relevant coaching certifications and licenses are a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are beneficial.
