POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in developing and executing creative concepts that effectively showcase our brand, services, and venue aesthetics. This role involves designing marketing collateral, managing digital assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications.
Schedule consists of weekdays and weekends. Hours vary between day shifts and swing shifts. Flexible days/hours required based on the needs of the business and some Holiday work is required.
Must ensure the Beets Hospitality Vision, Values and Service Standards are energized and adhered to at all interactions and that company policies, procedures and protocols are followed.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand and Creative Development:
- Work alongside Marketing and Branding Agency to design and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, email templates, website pages, and event signage.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Assist in the development and refinement of our brand identity to maintain a cohesive and premium aesthetic.
Digital and Print Design:
- Create dynamic digital assets for website content, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Design and produce printed materials such as invitations, menus, signage, and promotional flyers.
- ·Work with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of all print materials.
Website and Social Media Assets:
- Manage and update visual content across three websites for Beets Hospitality Group, Casa Real, and Palm Event Center.
- Develop engaging graphics and multimedia content tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
Event and Campaign Design:
- Support marketing initiatives by creating graphics for event promotions, corporate campaigns, and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to develop visually appealing presentations and proposals.
Photography and Visual Content Management:
- Organize and edit photography for use in marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Maintain a library of visual assets, ensuring easy accessibility and brand alignment.
Salary : $35 - $40
