*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with a keen eye for design and highly self motivated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a sharp interest in retail operations.
As a Part-Time Sales Associate at Beeyond Treasures you will be providing exceptional customer service and supporting store sales. This position involves assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, as well as contributing to a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Keeping the store stocked and clear communication skills is also required.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to multi-task and maintain self motivation is required. Prior experience in a retail sales environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and communication skills. Strong math and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. This position requires you to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
· Assisting customers with finding products, answering questions and helping customers with cuatom orders
· Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and keeping the store well-maintained
· Assisting in receiving and tagging new inventory as it comes in
· Participating in store events and services
· Collaborating with team members to achieve a positive shopping experience for all customers
· Following store policies and procedures, including cash handling, as well as safety and security protocols
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
