The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in this vision, tasked with providing graphic design solutions that elevate the company’s marketing efforts. The Graphic Designer will use knowledge of brand standards and current design best practices to create custom marketing pieces that inspire, inform and captivate customers. This dynamic position requires a blend of creative prowess and technical proficiency. Responsibilities include graphic design for diverse marketing materials, digital asset management, collaboration with internal teams, creative direction to guide the overall artistic vision, and maintaining high-quality standards for all design assets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can give and take constructive feedback, effectively collaborate with agents and staff, and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Experience
- Successful completion of a BS/BA degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field is desired.
- Experience in lighting, furniture, or an adjacent construction industry is optimal.
- Candidates with professional training or industry certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (Web, Print and Video)
- Experience using data to drive creative decisions
- Experience with Salesforce/Pardot and Digital Asset Management systems (ex: Censhare) preferred
- Must have the capacity to learn and navigate software programs and business systems quickly.
- Know and use current web standards in order to take graphic designs into the digital realm
- Ability to prioritize work and move from one priority to another at any time, and to run multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure, and stay focused on the big picture
- Possesses the desire, capacity, and toolset necessary to drive continuous improvement.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to all tasks.

What You Will Do
- Graphic Design – Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics and presentations, and technical documents. Collaborate enterprise wide to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across platforms. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality of graphic assets.
- Website Design & Content – Implement design changes, updates, and improvements to enhance website aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for visitors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content updates, new features, and technology advancements.
- Digital Asset Management – Responsible for efficiently managing our digital asset management system, ensuring organized storage, retrieval, and accessibility of all digital design assets, fostering streamlined workflows across the creative team.
- Collaboration – Work closely with other marketing functions, content creators, and product development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Quality Assurance – Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and address any issues related to functionality, design, or user experience. Ensure all graphic materials meet high-quality standards and align with brand guidelines.

- Protect the BEGA brand in all projects and adhere to the brand guidelines, providing quality assurance of all creative deliverables
- Demonstrate a high standard of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality and reliability at all times.
- Challenge the process! Evaluate, promote, and support continuous improvement every day.

- Direct communication with collaborators, department managers and cross-functional teams to keep multiple projects moving forward
- Ensure all productivity standards and cost containment initiatives within Sales Service are met.

Position Dimensions
- Support creative/design requirements for 10-12 marketing campaigns per year
- Collaborate as a team member to provide additional support for Mar Com projects according to skills and experience
- Minimal travel requirements in support of team meetings and market engagement activities.
Salary Range
$66,560 - $76,930 Annually depending on experience/qualifications reflects the negotiable range for hire. The top of the range $87,300 is reserved for salary advancement and growth for this position.
