We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Welder/Fabricator to join our team at our warehouse in Bend, OR. In this role you will play a crucial part in the fabrication process by helping fulfill work orders/quotas and lead a team of experienced employees. Job Role:
-Must have welding and fabricating experience (senior level)
-Experience in building custom gates, chain links, metal art, and bending steel preferred
-Understanding of machinery, tools, and fabrication processes
-Visualize products and problem solving
-Inspecting and testing welds to ensure quality and accuracy
-Lead team of experienced employees
-Communicate with team members and supervisors about progress, issues, and quality concerns
-Safety Awareness: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
