This role is a full-time role in-office at our Long Beach, CA, location. The Senior Graphic Designer position is a salary-based position with Guideline 401K Match Plan, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Benefits, as well as two weeks of vacation pay per year.

Salary : $75,000-$85,000
Our ideal candidate will :
- Develop and pitch new brand concepts for use in global and localized campaigns
- Oversee all tasked design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high-quality
- Demonstrate strong graphic design and illustration skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise various products or services
- Maintain brand consistency throughout various projects
- Update and enforce visual style guides for use by internal and external teams and partners
- Liaise with creative project manager, as well as marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Be detail-oriented
- Capable of thinking creatively and analytically
- Conduct independent research into target market of given project
- Master Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Have a unique taste in music and culture
- Display a strong understanding of multiple design styles
