Your Role as a BCBA

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure lasting progress.
• Maintain ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

✔️ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

✔️ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
