Job Summary
The Program Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism. - Evaluate the treatment programs that support clients with autism.
- Supervise and mentor program staff to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to program operations.
- Collaborate with case manager and behavioral health professionals (BC and BHT) to integrate comprehensive support services for participants.
