Duties:
- Implement behavior management strategies based on individualized treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to track progress
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with patient care, including personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behaviors
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills
Skills:
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
