What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Behavior Analysts of West Michigan?
**$300 bonus for completing online training (if needed) after 90 days of employment**
Behavior technicians are responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic programs and behavior plans as designed by a BCBA. Program goals typically involve developing communication, social, functional, and pre-academic skills as well as reduction of negative behaviors. Experience is not required- on the job training will be provided. This is a perfect entry level position for those in the behavioral health, psychology, education, special Ed, OT, speech, etc. fields!
We offer full time positions (full time is around 30 hours per week) with flexible schedules. Benefit package for full time staff is great.
