Job description
We are currently seeking a friendly individual to join the team responsible for coordinating the scheduling of ABA services with our clientele and clinical staff.
The desired candidate will have prior experience with high volume appointment scheduling and coordination.
Currently hiring Schedulers in the following Southern California locations :
- Los Angeles (South LA, West LA, North LA, East LA, Downtown LA)
- South Bay
- Long Beach
- Orange County
- Inland Empire
- Antelope Valley
- Apple Valley
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Use of scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
- Ensure contract fulfillment for each client based on contracted services
- Coordinate new client start-up
- Identify staffing needs and support recruitment of new positions
- Ensure staff hours are scheduled in accordance with company policies
- Manage cancellations as they occur and arrange for substitute coverage and / or make up sessions
- Maintain up to date records on the availability of staff and clients
- Communicate scheduling and staffing information with clients and staff
- Available after-hours and weekends to respond to urgent communication, as needed
Motivated and talented individuals with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply :
- Experience in staffing and scheduling (previous experience working at an ABA agency is preferred)
- Expertise in the use of Mac computers and scheduling software (expertise in Central Reach software is a plus)
- Knowledge of ABA industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Good organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
