We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced BCBA contractors to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavior analysis services and support to clients and their families
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Fluency with Central Reach
