What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician - BCPS - Wilmington position at Behavior Consultation and Psychological Services, PLLC?

Here at BCPS - Behavior Consultation & Psychological Services - We are looking for individuals who love working with children and who are open to learning about ABA therapy! No prior experience in ABA is necessary as we provide all training and mentoring. We prefer individuals with experience in childcare, autism or both. We have both part-time and full-time positions available and flexible scheduling.

Sessions typically look like a blend of tutoring and a play session. ABA technicians guide clients through their goals and take data on progress. Our employees are typically energetic, engaging and find it rewarding to help their clients master their goals. All clients have individual therapy plans which our staff are trained to implement. There is ongoing training, supervision and mentoring.

Salary : $18 - $24
