Behavior Frontiers, LLC is dedicated to providing research-based ABA treatment to children with autism and other special needs. We also offer online and in-person training programs to train parents and professionals how to use proven ABA methods to improve the lives of children with special needs. Case Managers
Behavior Frontiers is pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to advance your career by becoming a Case Manager (BCBA eligible) or Behavior Supervisor (BCBA) for autism programs working out of our San Diego office. We hope you will join our team to oversee research-based ABA treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorders. As a case manager, you will be able to lead your own caseload of clients through conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, writing goals, training staff, and updating client’s progress!
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
- At least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
- BCBA – Preferred (will consider BCBA eligible if taking exam within 6 months of being hired)
- Spanish speaking highly preferred!
