The Clinical Director provides key support to the Executive Clinical Director in all facets of clinical management.
Tasks/ Duties:
- The Clinical Director (CD) develops, manages, and execute all clinical/clinical administrative (including training,support, evaluations) operations effectively, efficiently, accurately, and in a manner that foster the achievements of the mission and objectives of the company.
- Clinical staff credentialing process per funding sources, ensure all credentials are current and accurate.
- The CD ensures the interventions protocols are researched based, are current, and effective in producing therapeutic significant results.
- Manage Client Intake/Authorization Request Database (referral cycles) and FBA Database/FBA cycles
- The CD collaborates and participates in other managerial functions (as assigned by the Executive Clinical Director) such as recruitment/retention of clinical staff and conducts quality assurance measures to ensure the achievements of 1) high contract fulfillment, 2) meaningful clients progress, 3) high parents satisfaction; and 4) high staff satisfaction.
- Manage Progress Report Database/Report cycles
Qualifications:

- You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Need to have a minimum of 5 or more years’ experience in clinical management
- Ability to manage subordinate staff, and workload independently, effectively, and efficiently
- You must possess strong administrative and management skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills.
- Able to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- MUST be able to work in Clinic
- Bilingual a plus!!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
