WHAT YOU’LL DO The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for actively screening applications and resumes, conducting phone screens, in-person / virtual interviews, and filling open positions to meet the organization workforce needs and goals. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with candidates and the HR team during the hiring process. Duties Responsibilities : Posts approved job openings on Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, and social media outlets. Sources candidates by using various databases. Evaluates and screens resumes and cover letters. Conducts phone screens to determine qualification and interest level. Refers appropriate candidates to Recruiting Manager and / or Hiring Manager. Coordinates and schedules interviews with candidates and Hiring Manager / Hiring Team. Conducts in-person first and final interviews for Behavior Technician roles and makes hiring decisions. Maintains and updates actions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as candidates move through the recruiting lifecycle. Represents and promotes the organization to potential applicants by providing candidates with information including compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, and responding to questions to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Coordinates closely with the HR team to successfully onboard new hires after an offer has been accepted. Collaborates closely with hiring managers to determine target candidates, job titles, approved wage scale, and to coordinate and schedule interviews. Manages interview feedback process, working with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Manager to collect and process all necessary information. Maintains recruiting recordkeeping within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including interview notes, scorecards, etc. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, implements creative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles. At tends and participates in job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. Serves as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors and others. Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve processes. Adheres to laws, rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Location : Ontario, CA Compensation : Starting pay $18 - $22 Experience Requirements Minimum : 1 year of HR or Recruiting experience 1 year of data entry and / or related administrative support experience Experience using an Applicant Tracking System Excellent customer service skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Works effectively with others in a diverse environment such as peers, employees, and leaders Preferred : Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Strong organizational skills and able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner. Ability to work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level. Education Requirements Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. (required) Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, use repetitive motion, type, and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
