We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with intense behaviors, as well as expertise in behavior management and crisis intervention.

- Implement behavior management strategies to support individuals with autism and PTSD
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vital signs
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Document medical information accurately and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Assist individuals in learning and practicing coping skills
