The ideal candidates will possess the following:
Experience/Requirements for Eligibility:
- Experience with working with children with autism preferred. 1 year of experience preferred, but not required.
- Availability to see clients between 8:00am – 7:00pm M-F
- Must be able to work 20-40 hours per week
- Drive time pay available
- Either possess or be able to obtain a RBT credential through the BACB. Current RBT is preferred; Behavior Learning Tree provides training for candidates who do not already hold the RBT credential.
- Have completed at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Pass a federal, state, and county criminal background check
- Must have full coverage automobile insurance
- BLS and CPR certified or obtain certification within 30 days of hire (must be completed in person NOT online)
Required education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement daily ABA therapeutic activities under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director/LP/BCBA.
- Provide one on one therapy to children who are diagnosed with the autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement Individualized Service Plans with clients and client families/caregivers.
- Coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.
- Complete all required documentation including behavioral data, daily notes and daily/weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation on assigned clients meets insurance providers standards and other required regulations.
- Develop program materials and ensure appropriate materials are available during client sessions.
- Perform 20-40 hours of billable service each week or maximum billable hours on schedule.
- Participate in supervision on a weekly basis to discuss client updates, progress or concerns.
- Attend and participate in all scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for successful operation of the program.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism including appearance, punctuality, and communication with all stakeholders

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
