Behavior Management Foundation, Inc. is currently looking to fill Behavior Technician roles in the greater DFW area. Our main office is in Lewisville, with shifts occurring at our client's homes throughout the area. This job entails working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
If you have a RBT Credential, Bachelor's degree or higher, many roles available!!!
Previous experience is desired! However, if you are outgoing, fun, patient, and have a desire to change the lives of the people you serve, this could be the job for you. Typical shift times fall between the hours of 3pm-715pm, and all staff members are required to be available during these times, Additionally, we do staff shifts between the hours hours of 8:00am-8:00pm if staff are available in addition to the 3-715pm shifts. Starting pay ranges for a behavior technician is $20-$23 per hour depending on experience. If you are looking to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), free supervision is offered as well.

Requirements for a behavior technician: Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, DMV printout of driving record, and if hired complete a live scan fingerprint background check and have a current clear TB test. Initial training will be paid at $16.50 per hour for behavior technicians (usually between 1 and 2 weeks).
