Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
Services are currently provided in home, and in various community settings using a variety of ABA techniques (i.e., DTT, Natural Environmental Teaching, etc.). Our clinical programs are individualized allowing for attainment of functional skills needed to replace challenging behaviors and maximize an individual's strengths and capabilities.
As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will provide family-centered ABA services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and running ABA programs
- Writing and implementing behavior plans
- Data collection/interpretation
- Training / supervising Case Managers and Behavior Technicians
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- Current BCBA Certification.
- Bilingual a plus!

Pay: $41.00 - $55.00 per hour
