A little about us: Behavior Matters is Headquartered in Eagle River, AK; we are an ABA company dedicated to individuals with social, communication, and behavioral challenges. Our fantastic team of superheroes partners with each family to develop and implement an individualized therapeutic plan for their child to support them with the skills needed to engage in everyday interactions.
We are now hiring in Eagle River, Alaska.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator that models our core values; collaboration, integrity, and accountability. Assisting the team with full-cycle recruitment support, sourcing candidates, scheduling, and maintaining personnel-related records (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database to ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and assist.
- Direct in-bound clinic calls to appropriate clinical/admin team member.
- Give updates in Google Spaces and update spreadsheets as needed.
- Perform orientations, onboarding, Offboarding, and update records with new hires (administrative tasking.)
- Scheduling, handing the clients and staff schedule while ensuring all team members comply with local and federal regulations.
- Maintaining and requesting clinical supplies and purchase requests.
- Run clinic errands as needed to support business needs.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed.
- Support other HR-related functions as assigned.
Preferred Requirements of the Position;
- Two years of experience as an HR Coordinator / Administrator / Assistant preferred.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Complete understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly capable in email, Google Workspace, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed.
Schedule:
Monday: 12:00pm - 5:15pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm - 5:15pm
Wednesday: 10:15am - 5:15pm
Thursday: 10:15am - 5:15pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 5:15pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
