Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring one Case Supervisor who is currently in preparation for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification exam to supervise ABA services delivered to our clients in Los Angeles, CA. This role will also include being a Clinical Trainer who will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and delivering appropriate training for incoming Behavior Technicians.

The Case Supervisor will work with individuals with a variety of disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Case Supervisor aides in the development and supervision of behavioral health treatment plans according to the principles and empirically-validated practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise the implementation of direct services to clients in home and community settings
- Parent consultation
- Assist in the development of ABA treatment programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Ensure integrity of program implementation
- Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and modifies programs as needed
- Provide individualized client-centered parent training
- Graph behavior data for visual analysis
- Facilitate staff meetings
- Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians
- Complete client progress reports
- Conduct clinical team meetings to update caregivers on client progress
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment
- Assist with completing functional behavior assessments
- Conduct direct and indirect assessments with assessment tools (i.e., Vineland-3, VB- MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
- Trains new hires in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management, data collection, and protocols.
- Identifies measurements for training effectiveness and recommends changes.
- Coordinates, updates, and communicates training and overlap schedule.
- Manages and tracks performance throughout the training program.
- Conducts analysis to identify skills/competency gaps and reports results to management.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of current training methods.
- Emails new hires pertinent information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field or 12 units complete in graduate-level ABA program is required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Autism service provider in home or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred
- Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff
