JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
- Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
- Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
- Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
- Ability to pass FBI & DOJ Live Scan background check
- Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
Salary : $20 - $27
