Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities...

• Possess solid knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Understanding of the cognitive, educational, social, and vocational challenges experienced by the clients we serve
• Ability to use behavior-analytic principles with our clients to increase socialization, play, and language skills while minimizing or eliminating challenging behaviors
• Able to design and direct the implementation of treatment goals, individualized to each client and family’s needs
• Can conduct initial functional assessment, behavior plan development, and caregiver training

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a related field is required
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required
• 1-2 years of clinical experience working as a BCBA for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred
