Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
- Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM and Saturday as needed
- Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
