Your Role :
Clinical Excellence : Manage behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collect data to track progress.
Family Engagement : Work closely with families, providing daily feedback and coaching during sessions.
Community Integration : Deliver services in various community settings, fostering social interactions and independence.
Administrative Duties :
Efficient Communication : Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.
Team Collaboration : Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, addressing any issues that arise.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 1 year preferred but not required.
Availability : Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM. Morning availability is also a plus!
Certifications : Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification required.
Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements :
Active Participation : Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, and engage in physical activities with clients.
Physical Support : Assist clients with activities, including carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
