BCI is current seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master’s level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed
- Implement teaching procedures using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability
- Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clients
- Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
- Support parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activities
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Holding or pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Working toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- Excellent time management skills
- Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
- Ability to multitask
