Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing ABA programs, conducting assessments, providing supervision to RBTs, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. We offer full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities to fit your schedule and career goals. We deliver services in our clinic, schools, and homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and oversee ABA programs, ensuring they are effective and meet the needs of each client.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and families on ABA principles and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification, and eligibility for State of Maryland License.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
