BFS is looking for Part time and / or Full time BCBAs to service clients throughout Broward County. We will create your caseload around your desired cities within the county (W2 and 1099 options available). Apply now and we will reach out to discuss further.

Your Role
Conducts Functional Behavior AssessmentsUpdates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as neededObserves the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per weekProvides supervision and corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary)Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and caregiver concernsImplements caregiver training related to the program objectivesSubmits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on timeCompletes daily progress notesAttends monthly meeting with BFS administrative staffCollaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settingsAttend and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatmentCoordination of care with PCP, Specialists, Other Therapists and SchoolsW2 Benefits : (For full time employees providing 20 Hours weekly, on average)
