Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 32 clinical hours per week of behavior analytic services, including treatment planning, supervision, and parent training
- Manage a caseload of clients varying in ages, profiles, and payer requirements
- Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services
- Design individualized ABA programs to address clients’ unique needs and goals
- Provide timely, accurate, and clinically sound updates to client treatment plans in accordance with payer requirements and organizational guidelines
- Navigate different cultural norms to foster teamwork, understanding, and productivity in multicultural settings.
- Conduct ongoing assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS) and data analysis to optimize client outcomes
- Travel monthly for in-person supervision and clinical meetings
- Create a positive, supportive environment for staff and clients
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences. Navigate different cultural norms to foster teamwork, understanding, and productivity in multicultural settings.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
- Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
