Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta s seeking a dynamic and talented Call Center Specialist PRN in the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Call Center Specialist receives calls from referral sources for psychiatric assessment, takes demographic information on the person to be assessed, and dispatches a Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator. Thorough and accurate documentation of calls and other related paperwork is a critical component of the job.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers phones at Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. and takes demographic information related to the person to be assessed.
- Dispatches Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator to caller location.
- Ensures all calls are addressed and dispatched.
- Assists Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator with commitment process, paperwork and transfer process, if necessary.

Qualifications
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses symptomology, basic chemical dependency, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management.
