Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic talent acquisition specialist to recruit and hire our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Interview potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications
- Attend job fairs
- Network with potential referral sources
- Post positions to different job boards and sites
- Oversee talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Looking for someone who has prior experience with leading and motivating HR teams
- This candidate must have prior experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition specialist
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
- 2 years of HR experience
- Prior experience with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake, as well as job fairs, interviewing, and more
- Great technical skills
- Someone who is a team player and is able to collaborate
- Prior experience in the ABA field is major bonus!!!
