We’re seeking a passionate, organized, and creative Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help us ethically grow our client base through local partnerships, parent outreach, and digital marketing strategies—all while upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.
What will you do?
- Develop and manage community relationships with pediatricians, clinics, schools, and local orgs
- Coordinate and attend networking events, conferences, and community engagements to promote our services.
- Create and post educational, HIPAA-safe content on social media platforms
- Manage and update our website, blog, and SEO strategy
- Track key marketing metrics and report on ROI
What are we looking for?
- 2 years' experience in outreach, marketing, or communications (healthcare or nonprofit preferred)
- Must be in the designated region to apply. This position is remote, but requires onsite visits to local hospitals, clinics, schools, etc.
- Familiar with HIPAA/healthcare marketing compliance (or willing to learn)
- Tech-savvy with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, social platforms, etc.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in ABA, mental health, or special education settings
