Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of ITORC programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and CARF standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for care coordination, service delivery, and program improvement.
- Supervise and provide guidance to peer support specialists and ITORC counselors.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management for the ITORC system.
- Monitor and report program outcomes and participant data to Program Sponsors and regulatory agencies.
- Foster relationships with care coordination agencies through monthly meetings and community engagement.
- Coordinate mobile outreach recovery team activities, including emergency response and client engagement.
- Lead policy and procedure development to accommodate system growth.
- Participate in community outreach, public relations activities, and marketing efforts to enhance program visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including HIPAA standards.
- Conduct follow-up with program participants to assess outcomes and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and deliver training programs for ITORC staff, ensuring professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in healthcare program management, care coordination, and strategic planning.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of substance use disorders and recovery processes.
- Familiarity with mental and behavioral health disorders.
- Data collection and reporting expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone.
- Vision and manual dexterity adequate for reading, writing, and using office equipment.
- Willingness to work in a medical office setting and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with infectious diseases or mental health diagnoses.
