What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payee Coordinator position at Behavioral Health Initiatives Inc?
Full Time position, located in Jackson. Qualifications: HS
diploma required. Completion of Vocational training, TCAT, Business College,
Community College and/or experience preferred.
Duties include managing Payee Program in accordance with Social Security
Administration regulations. Daily duties include paying bills timely, balancing checking accounts, using Quicken, completing and filing documentation, completing reports to
Social Security, enrolling clients, participating in monitoring visits by Social Security, and counseling clients on spending and budgeting. This position will also assist the
Accounting Coordinator in data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliation of bank accounts.
Hours 8am – 4:30pm M-F, benefit package available.
