Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with families to develop and implement individualized, fun activities that support children’s developmental goals
- Use clinical skills to guide families through challenging circumstances and behavioral management strategies for toddlers
- Collaborate with families to create treatment plans and ensure strategies align with their values and priorities
- Assist families in navigating community resources and advocate for their children’s needs
- Work as part of a dedicated team in family homes and community settings to support children in reaching developmental milestones

- Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts
- Licensed eligible Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
