What You’ll Do:
As an Outpatient Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based, person-centered therapy to clients across the lifespan. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide individualized treatment through a variety of modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy in clinic, home, school, or telehealth settings.

What You’ll Do:
As an Outpatient Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based, person-centered therapy to clients across the lifespan. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide individualized treatment through a variety of modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy in clinic, home, school, or telehealth settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and skills training
- Formulate collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward outcomes
- Maintain an active caseload while participating in clinical team meetings and supervision
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Provide services in diverse settings, including community outreach and telehealth
- Flexible Roles: Fee-for-Service (minimum of 8–10 hours/week) or full-time salaried positions available

- Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
- Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)
- Massachusetts CANS certification (required before start date)
- Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults (required)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms (required)
- Availability to provide services on some Saturdays (preferred)
- Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply
