What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outcome-driven psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training to children, adolescents, and families
- Conduct walk-in assessments and deliver short-term, evidence-based treatment
- Develop collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward client goals
- Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
- Coordinate care with other service providers to support real-world functioning and recovery

- Loan Repayment: Clinicians at Liberty Street may be eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC)
- Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
- Independent Licensure or license-eligible and working toward licensure (required)
- Massachusetts CANS certification (required prior to start date)
- Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and families (required)
- Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms (required)
- Willing and able to work on-site in Springfield at least 20% of the time and participate in rotating weekend/evening coverage (required)
