In-Home Therapy Clinicians provide family therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention and management using a trauma informed model of care, which is provided in their natural environment.

- Working with youth and their families (3 to 21 years of age)
- Gain experience working with children, adolescents and their families in the community setting
- Completing initial intakes and assessments
- Learn to develop SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Provide intensive home-based services
- Work collaboratively with a team of providers
- Actively working towards bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology or related field.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults (preferred).
- Team-based collaborative and goal-directed approach to client care (preferred).
- Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques
- Familiarity with PC/Windows computers, Microsoft Office programs, and email systems.
