As a Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and quality care across our outpatient services.
What You’ll Do:
As a Practice Manager, you’ll oversee operational performance, support clinical teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to enhance service delivery and accessibility for individuals served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mission-aligned leadership to outpatient service teams, ensuring alignment with BHN’s best practices and strategic principles.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to standardize workflows, optimize efficiency, and implement operational improvements.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including scheduling, clinician caseloads, documentation quality, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, organizational policies, and program initiatives.
- Work with Quality and CBHC leadership to assess and improve systems, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members, conducting training and performance assessments.
- Participate in strategic planning to ensure staffing levels align with client needs and best practices.
- Support direct service functions as needed, including behavioral health assessments, treatment coordination, and crisis interventions.

What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health-related field (required).
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred.
- Three or more years of management/supervisory experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, clinical workflows, and compliance standards.
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), data analysis, and healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
