These programs are all about helping individuals thrive in the community — improving health outcomes, reducing emergency visits and overdoses, lowering recidivism, and connecting people to the services they deserve.

Lead program strategy, growth, and expansion
-
Build strong partnerships with funders, providers, and justice system stakeholders
-
Manage budgets, contracts, and performance outcomes
-
Supervise, train, and develop a passionate multidisciplinary team
-
Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and service excellence
-
Respond to challenges, mediate issues, and keep things running smoothly
-
Jump in for direct service when needed — in the community, hospitals, or correctional settings
You’ll also ensure documentation is on point, meetings are productive, and quality improvement is always in motion.
What You Bring to the Table
-
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
-
2 years of management experience
-
2 years working with justice-involved individuals and systems
-
A clinical license is a big plus (LICSW, LMHC, LADC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be out and about!)
-
Strong cultural competence and commitment to social justice
-
Confidence in managing staff, data, and program outcomes
-
Tech savvy and adaptable in a hybrid work environment
