What You’ll Do
As a CCS/Respite Staff Supervisor, you will provide direct clinical services, oversee treatment planning, and lead a multidisciplinary team to support individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. You will play a key role in maintaining program effectiveness, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals served.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality community-based behavioral health care to individuals in the CCS/Respite program
- Maintain census capacity and ensure smooth program operations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk assessment, diagnosis, and social functioning evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and referral plans using least restrictive alternatives
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and individual support sessions
- Oversee and coordinate treatment planning for program participants during shifts
- Provide supervision and guidance to program staff and interns, ensuring best practices in service delivery
- Develop and oversee discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care post-program participation
- Manage staff schedules, workflow, and crisis response efforts
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations for staff

What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in a clinical field (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
- Licensed or license-eligible (preferred)
- Experience with a variety of treatment approaches for behavioral health concerns
- Crisis, respite, or inpatient experience (preferred)
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Leadership experience, with the ability to supervise and mentor staff
