What You'll Do :
As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting both clients and staff. You'll oversee clinical care, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical supervision, professional mentoring, and administrative oversight to staff
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and skills training to clients of all ages
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
- Participate in training focused on Evidence-Based models of treatment with a Social Justice lens
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and measure treatment outcomes
- Support professional growth within the outpatient department and across BHN
