Our Opioid Treatment Program
The Opioid Treatment Program at BHN is a Medication Assisted Treatment Program designed to assist individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Our team uses evidence-based medication protocols approved by our Medical Director to facilitate safe detoxification from substances. By joining our program, patients can gain the necessary skills to achieve an opiate-free lifestyle and improve their overall functioning.
Role and Responsibilities
This position primarily covers the Ware, MA & Palmer, MA area, providing mental health and substance abuse treatment to diverse client populations. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise in mental health and substance abuse treatment. To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's Degree in a related field, be licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LADC I, or LADC II) or actively working towards licensure, and possess at least two years of experience in mental health and substance abuse settings.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess broad knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment techniques. A deep understanding of cultural competence when working with clients from diverse backgrounds is also crucial. Additionally, having a working knowledge of community resources and being able to assist clients in accessing these resources is essential for this role.
