Adult Psychiatrist / Medical Director - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Behavioral Health Resources is recruiting for a full-time Adult Psychiatrist / Medical Director. Most of your time would be allocated to clinical work, with time set aside each week for Medical Director duties, including meetings and supervision. We would love to have you join our team of professionals. Our culture is inviting, and we provide good support to our medical team. BHR has locations in Olympia, Shelton, Elma and Hoquiam, and this position may require travel to these sites. The psychiatric provider work is performed in a comprehensive community mental health setting providing psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of adults.
Salary range : $276,000 - $345,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

BHR is a preapproved site for the WSAC Washington Health Corps Loan Repayment program - applicants may be eligible for up to $75,000 in loan repayment over the course of three years. In addition, BHR is an eligible employer for the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness program.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- MD degree with psychiatric specialty.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Washington.
- Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
- Maintain current DEA license and necessary certificates / working agreements for prescribing schedule II-V drugs.
- Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
