Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategic Growth
- Collaborate to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase BHR’s visibility, market reach, and revenue.
- Lead initiatives to secure funding through corporate partnerships, government grants, foundations, and individual giving.
- Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer to set and achieve annual revenue goals and strategic milestones.
Team Leadership
- Direct and manage the Marketing, Communications, and Development teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to drive team performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
Marketing & Communications
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that promote BHR’s services, programs, and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.
- Monitor market trends and community needs to inform strategies that position BHR as a leader in behavioral health services.
- Create and maintain all internal and external communication tools and strategies
Partnership Development
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and corporate partners.
- Represent BHR at networking events, conferences, and meetings to advance the organization’s mission and business goals.
- Leverage data and impact metrics to demonstrate value and strengthen existing partnerships.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership team.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, fundraising, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in securing grants, partnerships, or sponsorships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral health, healthcare, or nonprofit industries preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, fundraising platforms, and data analysis.
