This role is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise to make an immediate impact, providing compassionate, hands-on support when it matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Crisis Response: Be ready to respond within five minutes to hotline requests, arriving at the client’s location within an hour.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough, on-site clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans. Use your clinical knowledge to recommend essential mental health services.
- Flexible Documentation: Complete and submit documentation efficiently across various formats and platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with a dynamic team and community agencies, adapting to the diverse needs of clients and collaborating with supervisors and co-workers.
- Community Engagement: Utilize a reliable, insured vehicle to reach clients across service areas, with familiarity navigating St. Louis County and surrounding areas.
- Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning through individual and group supervision, training, and participation in agency events.

Requirements
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or related field.
- Licensure: Professional license preferred (e.g., LPC, LCSW).
- Certification: CPR/First Aid certification required within six months of hire.
- Experience: At least six months in a mental health setting.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
