Your role at BHSN :
As a Family Support Peer Specialist, you are someone with “lived experience” who provides engagement and support in the community and / or office setting as a member of the clinic team including assisting with risk assessments, brief interventions, care management and follow up support post crisis or post appointment. At the discretion of the program director, may be assigned to train and supervise other staff as deemed appropriate. Expected to provide excellent patient care and compassion in every counter, aligned with the organizations core values.
