Behavior Technician (ABA)

Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA Therapy: Provide 1:1 therapy using ABA principles (discrete trial teaching, incidental teaching, shaping, chaining, etc.)
- Individualized Service Plans: Address communication, feeding, behavior, ADLs, and social skills as directed by your supervisor
- Data Collection: Track progress and behaviors during every session to support individualized treatment planning
- Family Training: Collaborate with and train family members to ensure skill generalization at home and in the community
- Safe & Positive Environment: Maintain a nurturing atmosphere for children at all times
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (minimum) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral/developmental disabilities
- Certification:
- Must be willing to obtain RBT certification within three months of hire (if not already certified)
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (for home-based sessions)
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication

- Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $24.00 (commensurate with experience)
